Return Policy

COMFYS will accept returns in situations where a product is not functioning or is malfunctioning within the first 100 hours of use. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, or damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. The customer is required to submit the documentation issued at the point of delivery/sale while returning the product.

A replacement will be issued after investigation and verification of the cause of the malfunction. COMFYS will cover the cost of delivery of replacements to the customers. PLEASE NOTE THAT CONSUMABLES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. To make a return, PLEASE MAKE A REPLACEMENT REQUEST to COMFYS through calling, message, or email. Proceed to ship the product only after you have made the request. Once your return parcel is received the return processing time is 7 business days. Following the processing time, COMFYS will communicate to you whether your replacement request has been successful including reasons for declining in cases where a replacement request is declined.

In cases where a replacement is not desired, COMFYS will accept returns for the purpose of investigation for continual improvement.
